Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers Domestic and International Shipping with tracking.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Note: Due to the spread of the virus, the current shipment is slowed down and the shipping time can be extended to 30 days. It all depends on country restrictions. Therefore, please be patient. Thank you.

Standard processing time 2 -3 days
Standard Shipping Times 5 - 30 days

Domestic shipping time:
United States: 5 - 10 days

International shipping time:
United Kingdom: 5 - 30 days
Canada: 5 - 30 days
Australia: 5 - 30 days
Europe: 7 - 30 days
Latin America: 7 - 30 days
Other countries: 10 - 30 days

Processing Times
Orders take 2 - 3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.
