Order Processing Times:
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after placing it. Your order is officially dispatched when it has been handed over to our shipping partner. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may increase up to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time provided below begins once your order has been dispatched and depends on your shipping address:

🌎 Worldwide: 7-14 Business Days
Please note that during holidays or peak shopping periods, shipping carriers might experience transit delays or slower tracking updates, which are beyond our control. International orders may also experience customs delays that extend delivery times.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It’s important to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details can lead to delayed processing or cancellation. If our system detects address issues, our customer support will reach out within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery:
At VONISK, prompt delivery matters to us, and we make every effort to ensure your order arrives swiftly. However, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or courier delays. Should there be delays, we will cooperate with the courier to expedite your delivery.
Additionally, unforeseen issues like inventory availability, address verification, or payment processing could delay shipment. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
VONISK cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors. We will, however, do our best to keep you informed and provide assistance to resolve any delivery-related issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We understand the frustration that accompanies lost or stolen packages. Once your order is handed to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@vonisk.com, and we’ll assist you as best we can.
We recommend directly filing a claim with the courier company if your package is lost or stolen. Courier companies usually have specific procedures for these cases and may request further details. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to provide support and updates.
Please note that VONISK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after dispatch, and such incidents typically fall outside our refund policy. However, we may offer a replacement based on individual circumstances. If the package cannot be located, we suggest filing a police report.
